. Es ist endlich soweit! Mein Buch ist fertig und kommt 2020 in den Handel. . Bei Amazon kann man bereits vorbestellen, für die, die ganz vorne mit dabei sein wollen. . 2019 war heftig! Ein hartes Jahr voller Arbeit, Höhen und Tiefen. . Eine Reise in die Vergangenheit – fast wie Therapie und das ist natürlich nicht immer leicht! Ganz im Gegenteil, es gab Momente in denen ich mich wirklich zu Boden geschmettert gefühlt habe. Die Kunst ist es, immer wieder aufzustehen. Welche Wahl haben wir auch schon? Liegen bleiben? Für mich keine Option! . Bei all den Fragen die ich über die Jahre bekommen habe, ist es jetzt mal Zeit für ein paar Antworten. Ihr bekommt mein Wertvollstes! Mein Leben, meine Geschichte, meinen Weg! . Es fällt mir schwer meine verletzliche Seite öffentlich zu zeigen, aber ich denke es ist wichtig, um den Wandel, das Verständnis und die Akzeptanz in unserer Gesellschaft weiter voran zu treiben! . Ich danke jedem einzelnen da draußen für seine Unterstützung! . Danke an @alexandra.brosowski , ohne die ich das niemals so hinbekommen hätte. . Here’s an actual photo of me pre-gaming for the holidays because why the hell not. People always ask me how I stay in shape while eating the way I do, and to be totally honest, it’s incredibly tough af. I love food so damn much and some days I feel like giving in to the glutton that lives inside me and letting it all go. Other days I’m super motivated and the gym doesn’t feel like my actual worst nightmare. The point is that it’s a constant struggle to balance it all and instead of turning into a hangry psychopath this year end, I’m just gonna enjoy all the delicious food that the holiday brings to my mouth and when the new year comes, I’ll get back on the wagon. Life is just too short to not enjoy the experience of good food. Who’s with me?
