Today’s oral arguments in the marriage equality cases from Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas are coming in. As we reported earlier, signs point to a 2-1 victory for marriage equality, with wild card Judge Patrick Higgenbotham (pictured right) appearing skeptical of state arguments in favor of bans on same-sex marriage.
