- The case, Altitude Express, Inc. v. Zarda, is one of three that were consolidated for hearing at SCOTUS, which will decide whether anti-LGBTQ discrimination is a form of sex discrimination that violates federal law. The Court is set to hear the cases Oct. 8.

THE AP AND WYOMING TRIBUNE EAGLE JOIN LAWSUIT SEEKING RELEASE OF REPORT ON WYOMING SCHOOL INVESTIGATION OF RACIST, ANTI-LGBTQ ATTACKS: According to multiple reports, flyers with anti-LGBTQ and anti-Black rhetoric were taped up on school grounds, and were specifically handed out to students in McCormick’s LGBTQ student club. Those students also reported being initially told that they could not wear or display LGBTQ-supportive items.
