NEW REPORT DOCUMENTS HOW PAID LEAVE STATE PROGRAMS IMPROVE LIVES OF WORKING AMERICANS: The report, from the National Partnership for Women & Families, reveals that people of color and LGBTQ workers and their families often face additional hurdles to accessing leave.
