Kacsmaryk to be a United States District Judge for the Northern District of Texas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMatthew Kacsmaryk is among the most anti-LGBTQ judicial nominees put forward by the Trump-Pence administration,\u201d said HRC Legal Director Sarah Warbelow. \u201cHe has been vociferous in his opposition to same-<a title=\"\" class=\"aalmanual\" target=\"_blank\"   href=\"https:\/\/www.flirt4free.com\/live\/girls\/couples\/?mp_code=akftr\">sex<\/a> marriage, legal protections for gender identity and sexual orientation, and the basic humanity of transgender people. To be qualified for the bench, every nominee must demonstrate a commitment to equality under the law. Kacsmaryk fails a basic expectation of impartiality. The Human Rights Campaign will continue to raise the alarm about Kacsmaryk and other nominees who refuse to protect the rights of all Americans.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Trump and Pence put forward Matthew J. Kacsmaryk, a lawyer and political commentator with a long history of horrific views on the LGBTQ community.
