Harris Funeral Homes v. EEOC and Aimee Stephens<\/em> and <em>Bostock v. Clayton County<\/em>, consolidated with <em>Altitude Express, Inc. v. Zarda<\/em>. More from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrc.org\/blog\/breaking-supreme-court-to-hear-three-major-lgbtq-civil-rights-cases\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HRC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cNo one should be denied a job or fired simply because of who they are or who they love, including LGBTQ people,\u201d <\/em>said <strong>Sarah Warbelow, HRC Legal Director <\/strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SarahWarbelow\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">@SarahWarbelow<\/a>). <em>\u201cThe growing legal consensus is that our nation\u2019s civil rights laws do protect LGBTQ people against discrimination under <a title=\"\" class=\"aalmanual\" target=\"_blank\"   href=\"https:\/\/www.flirt4free.com\/live\/girls\/couples\/?mp_code=akftr\">sex<\/a> nondiscrimination laws. The Supreme Court has an opportunity to clarify this area of law to ensure protections for LGBTQ people in many important areas of life. The impact of this decision will have very real consequences for millions of LGBTQ people across the country.
