The Colorado Senate on Monday passed a bill banning harmful gay<\/a> conversion therapy for minors.<\/p>\n

Denverite reports<\/a>: \u2018The bill is headed back to House, which already approved it\u00a0in February, for approval after the bill was amended in the Senate. It\u2019s expected to pass in that chamber before ending up on the desk of Gov. Jared Polis, who\u00a0said during his gubernatorial campaign that he would seek to abolish the practice statewide<\/a>. Polis is the country\u2019s first out gay<\/a> man<\/a> elected governor.\u2019<\/p>\n
