\u201cY\u2019all remember maybe 10, 12 years ago I said my dream was to make a gay<\/a> superhero film?\u201d Daniels said in the IG post. \u201cDreams do come true. And I found my superhero.\u201d<\/p>\n

Out<\/em> magazine says<\/a> that Cooper became known from his viral videos<\/a> where he plays \u201cSuper Bitch.\u201d Out<\/em> says he\u2019s known by the handle @Hesosoutheast (he grew up in the southeast Washington, D.C. area), and to the ballroom community as Destiny West, and that he revealed a love of agile superheroes.<\/p>\n

\u201cGrowing up, I used to love Spider-Man and Catwoman,\u201d he said to Out<\/em>. \u201cSo I just began to emulate them by climbing up the walls and doing flips. And no, I don\u2019t have any formal training.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cooper responded on IG that he \u201chad the pleasure of meeting the one and only\u00a0[Lee Daniels]. You\u2019re an amazing man<\/a> filled with great ideas. I can[\u2018t] wait to work with you. \u201c<\/p>\n

No word on when production would begin or anything else at press time except that Daniels noted it would not be his next film but it\u2019s in the \u201cpipeline.\u201d<\/p>\n
