The city\u2019s Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings affirmed a complaint by the Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) that Martin Morrison violated three agency rules \u2013 unjustified refusal of service, discourtesy, and performing an act against the best interest of the public according<\/a> to the NY Post<\/em>.<\/p>\n The incident took place in June.<\/p>\n Yellow cab driver Morrison\u00a0picked up two passengers \u2013 a man<\/a> and a woman<\/a> \u2013 on the corner of Fifth Avenue and East 43rd Street in Manhattan said<\/a> Gay Star News<\/em>. \u201cMorrison turned around to ask the man<\/a> if he was gay<\/a>. When the unidentified man<\/a> confirmed his sexuality, the taxi driver said he doesn\u2019t drive gay<\/a> people.
