U.S. Special Counsel Robert Mueller also submitted a sentencing memo<\/a>, which did not make any recommendation on prison time, but read, in part:\u00a0\u201cThe government does not take a position with respect to a particular sentence to be imposed but submits that it is appropriate for any sentence of incarceration to be served concurrently.\u201d<\/p>\n
