Stephen Colbert delivered a blistering monologue on all the \u2018Unhinged\u2019 activity, riffing off the revelations in Omarosa\u2019s multiple TV appearances and book excerpts.<\/p>\n
Introed Colbert: \u201cYet another close adviser to President Trump has betrayed him. The White House is basically a reboot of The Last Supper: Oops All Judases<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n He commented on Omarosa\u2019s book title, Unhinged<\/em>, and said he originally thought she was describing \u201cwhat Stephen Miller does with his jaw to eat his breakfast gazelle.\u201d<\/p>\n Colbert also reacted to Omarosa\u2019s statement that she heard the tape of Trump saying the N-word.<\/p>\n Said Colbert:\u00a0\u201cThis is huge. Finally, we have proof that the guy<\/a> who refused to rent to black tenants, said that a Nazi Klan rally had some \u2018fine people,\u2019 and called Africa a sh*thole \u2014 is a racist. Tear up your history books. Rewrite the history books. We didn\u2019t know!\u201d<\/p>\n And her assertion that she saw Trump eat a piece of paper from his desk in the Oval Office:\u00a0\u201cWell, the hunt for Trump\u2019s tax returns just got way grosser.\u201d<\/p>\n Colbert also expressed shock that Chief of Staff John Kelly fired Omarosa in The Situation Room and threatened her reputation.<\/p>\n Replied Colbert: \u201cGeneral Kelly, you work for Donald Trump. I wouldn\u2019t worry about\u00a0other\u00a0<\/em>people\u2019s reputations.\u201d<\/p>\n He later noted: \u201cThe media\u2019s been all over Omarosa\u2019s Omaroasting of her former boss, but while they\u2019re reporting on it, they\u2019re also dismissing her as unreliable\u2026Yes, she\u2019s a liar and a backstabber with no credibility \u2014 exactly like everyone else in the Trump administration. \u2026 She\u2019s not below anyone else in the White House. She and General Kelly may have completely different pasts, but they have exactly the same future.
