HRC MARKS TWO YEARS SINCE DEADLY PULSE NIGHTCLUB SHOOTING IN ORLANDO, COMMITS TO \u2018HONOR VICTIMS WITH ACTION\u2019:<\/strong> Today, HRC will honor the lives of the 49 people — most of them young, LGBTQ and Latinx — killed in the LGBTQ nightclub attack two years ago with a moment of silence at the HRC headquarters. The shooting, which took place in the Orlando LGBTQ nightclub on Latinx Night, became the deadliest mass shooting in modern American history, tragically surpassed last year by the Las Vegas concert shooting.
