Dinner at Sweeties<\/b><\/p>\n

\"Dinner<\/a><\/p>\n

I had dinner with my sweetie
\nAt her home the other night
\nI knew she\u2019d make a special treat
\nAt least I hoped she might<\/p>\n

She set out all the crockery fine
\nWith her best linen pressed
\nSilver knives and forks and spoons
\nI really was impressed<\/p>\n

I said \u201cWhat\u2019s for dinner sweetie?\u201d
\nShe flashed a cheeky smile
\nAnd replied \u201cI know you\u2019ll love it
\nIt\u2019ll be ready in just a while\u201d<\/p>\n

Well I got a little suspicious
\nFor I noticed that no smell
\nWas coming from her kitchen
\nAnd no food was there as well<\/p>\n

Nothing cooking on the stove
\nNo sign of chook nor fish
\nAnd she knew spaghetti marinara
\nWas my favourite dish<\/p>\n

The stereo played slow love songs
\nThe candles were aglow
\nShe certainly was cooking something up
\nBut what? I did not know<\/p>\n

As she led me away from the kitchen
\nMy hopes began to crumble
\nWhen she took me to the main bedroom
\nI heard my tummy rumble<\/p>\n

She set me down upon the bed
\nAnd then to my surprise
\nShe grabbed a blood red silken tie
\nAnd wrapped it round my eyes<\/p>\n

I started feeling worried
\nThis was not her normal behaviour
\nWhat could be for dinner here
\nAnd what could I find to savour?<\/p>\n

I could hear her rustling round a bit
\nWhat was taking her so long
\nI\u2019d known her over six months now
\nBut could I have judged her wrong?<\/p>\n

Did she have a darker side?
\nWas she into kinky stuff?
\nWell everything here seemed OK
\nI knew I just had to trust<\/p>\n

Then I felt her hand so gentle
\nAs she slowly released my blindfold
\nI opened my eyes and before me
\nWas such a sight to behold<\/p>\n

She had totally turned her body
\nFrom her crown to her toenail tip
\nInto a savoury sensation
\nAnd in her hand… a packet of chips<\/p>\n

Well, I could not hold back the laughter
\nI was rolling about in a fit
\nThen she held out the packet and said,
\nSo solemn…\u201dWould you like a dip?\u201d<\/p>\n

After removing the hair from the pate
\nTo my delight it tasted divine
\nAnd she kept a supply of rice crackers
\nPropped up \u2018tween her toes in a line<\/p>\n

Well I tried the cream cheese on her fingers
\nHer belly button olives were yum
\nBut I kept coming back for my favourite
\nThe guacamole smeared on her buns<\/p>\n

She\u2019d gone to a lot of trouble
\nTo find all my favourite things
\nI especially liked the arrangement
\nOf the cheezles and burger rings<\/p>\n

I shared all the treats with my sweetie
\nTowards the end I was starting to slow
\nShe gave me a wink and suggested
\nI finish off with a big cheerio<\/p>\n

Needless to say…
\nThere were no further courses
\nWe sent out for pizza instead
\nAfter sweetie had showered we ate it
\nPropped up in our crumb filled bed<\/p>\n

Now our relationship\u2019s taken on new meaning
\nAs we share in our new found delight
\nIn fact I\u2019ve invited my sweetie
\nFor dessert round at my place tonight!
