Always be aware of your standing position. Keep your head up and chest out. Keep your arms and legs close to your body. Women are much more relaxed and angular while standing. Try putting most of your weight on one foot and push your hip out slightly to the side let the opposite leg relax and bend your knee a little. This is a very feminine stance.<\/p>\n<p>                                                            OR<\/p>\n<p>Try standing very straight with your feet only a few inches apart. Shoulders back and relaxed. Let your arms fall free in front and clasp your hands together lightly with palms up.  Hold a purse in your hands or over your shoulder while standing like this.
