TRUMP-PENCE LAUNCHES UNNECESSARY \u201cCONSCIENCE\u201d DIVISION AT HHS: <\/strong>The so-called \u201cDivision of Conscience and Religious Freedom\u201d could enable discrimination against LGBTQ people, women<\/a>, and others. \u201cLGBTQ people need the Department of Health and Human Services to enforce non-discrimination protections in federal health programs.
