‘Celebrity Big Brother’: India Willoughby Claims She’s Done Herself An ‘Injustice’ As She’s First To Be Evicted<\/b>
\nIndia Willoughby claims she has not \u201cdone herself justice\u201d after becoming the first person to be evicted from the \u2018Celebrity Big Brother\u2019 house.<\/p>\n

The journalist was shown the door from the Channel 5 reality show on Friday (12 January) night after facing the boot against \u2018Love Island\u2019 star Johnny Mitchell.<\/p>\n

During her exit interview with host Emma Willis, India revealed her regrets at not \u201ckeeping her gob shut\u201d on many subjects, having spoken at length about gender and trans<\/a> issues in the house.<\/p>\n

She said:\u00a0\u201cI should have kept my gob shut and just waited for the questions to come and answered the questions one by one, instead of burying people under a load of statements and views.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel I was fatally wounded in terms of the game of Big Brother early on. I don\u2019t feel I\u2019ve done myself justice, that is my one regret.<\/p>\n

\u201cDid I want to stay tonight? Yes. Did I give my best show? No.\u201d<\/p>\n

She lamented:\u00a0\u201cI had so much more to offer, but that\u2019s the way the cookie crumbles. It is like a hurdles race, there are obstacles in the house and I hit a really big one on the gender question.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy confrontations have been Bambi-esque compared to previous years.\u201d<\/p>\n

India\u2019s time in the house proved to be controversial on a number of occasions, most notably when she compared the art of drag to the black and white Minstrel show.<\/p>\n

Discussing her phobia of drag queens with Emma, she said:\u00a0\u201cI don\u2019t think I\u2019ll ever completely lose that by Shane [Janek, aka Courtney Act] I\u2019m cool with as I know what\u2019s behind that exterior.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u2018Celebrity Big Brother\u2019 continues on Saturday at 10.30pm on Channel 5.
