‘Celebrity Big Brother’: Drag Queen Star Courtney Act Reveals She’s Been Allowed Twice As Many Bags As Her Housemates (EXCLUSIVE)<\/b>
\n\u2018Celebrity Big Brother\u2019 bosses waived one of their rules for new arrival Courtney Act, she has revealed.<\/p>\n

Usually, \u2018CBB\u2019 contestants are only allowed two suitcases\u2019 worth of luggage for their stay in the house, but prior to her arrival, she was told that she\u2019d be given twice as much allowance as her fellow housemates, to accommodate all the drag she intends to bring into the house.<\/p>\n

However, speaking to HuffPost UK before entering the house, Courtney said: \u201cI\u2019ve got so many great outfits, I\u2019ve been allowed four bags, whereas everybody else gets two, because I\u2019m dressing for two genders\u2026 I\u2019ve got so many great costumes and I wanna wear them all.\u201d<\/p>\n

She also joked, referencing this series\u2019 \u2018Year Of The Woman\u2019 twist: \u201cMale privilege is alive and well.\u201d<\/p>\n

When we asked how some of her more conservative housemates, namely Ann Widdecombe, might react to her emerging from the \u2018CBB\u2019 bedroom in full drag, Courtney said: \u201cHow could you not love it? It looks so pretty and so fun and there are so many sparkles! If you don\u2019t have an appreciation for things that sparkle – then we\u2019re going to have a problem.\u201d<\/p>\n

The drag performer, real name Shane Jenek, is one of eight male<\/a> stars who arrived in the \u2018CBB\u2019 house on Friday (5 January).<\/p>\n

Eight women<\/a> entered earlier in the week, as part of the \u2018Year Of The Woman\u2019 twist.<\/p>\n

Courtney is best known for being a finalist on the sixth series of \u2018RuPaul\u2019s Drag Race\u2019, having previously starred in \u2018Australian Idol\u2019.<\/p>\n
