‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’: Do Prince William And Harry Make Cameos, Or Don’t They?<\/b><\/p>\n

So, this week we\u2019ve left a little confuddled about claims that Princes William<\/a> and Harry<\/a> filmed cameos in the latest instalment of \u2018Star Wars\u2019<\/a>, \u2018The Last Jedi\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rumours that William and Harry had been involved in shooting date back as far as last year, when they paid a visit to the film\u2019s set.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Anyway, clearly sick of being asked about the two royals, John Boyega finally confirmed to \u2018This Morning\u2019 earlier this week that the princes had filmed a scene in Stormtrooper outfits\u2026 but then explained they\u2019d ultimately been cut.<\/span><\/p>\n

He said: \u201cYes, t<\/span>hey were [filmed as Stormtroopers], man<\/a>. I\u2019m sick of this, I\u2019m sick of it! Yes, they were, OK?<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThey cut it out of the film. I did personally apologise to them yesterday and said, \u2018Sorry you were cut out of the film.\u2019 Will was like, \u2018I guess I just need to work more on the skill.\u2019\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

So there you have it, \u2018Star Wars\u2019 fans. Our dreams of eyeing up every Stormtrooper and pondering whether the suit conceals the future King of England have been sadly dashed.<\/span><\/p>\n

But lo! A twist in the tale in the final quarter, as John Boyega\u2019s rep confirmed to the Daily Mail<\/a> that he was, in fact, only \u201cjoking\u201d, and both William and Harry\u2019s cameos remain in the film.<\/span><\/p>\n

Phew!<\/span><\/p>\n

Anyone seeing \u2018The Last Jedi\u2019 this weekend intending to keep an eye out for William and Harry should (according to The Telegraph<\/a>) be looking for the scene in which Finn and new character DJ are reprimanded by Stormtroopers.<\/span><\/p>\n
