Jared Kushner Failed to Disclose Wikileaks Emails, Details About Russian Contacts to Senate Investigators<\/b>

Jared Kushner has held information back from the Senate Judiciary Committee concerning Wikileaks and Russian invitations and Senators Chuck Grassley and Dianne Feinstein are demanding it, the Washington Post<\/em> reports<\/a>:<\/p>\n

In the letter, Grassley and Feinstein instruct Kushner\u2019s team to turn over \u201cseveral documents that are known to exist\u201d because other witnesses in their probe already gave them to investigators. They include a series of \u201cSeptember 2016 email communications to Mr. Kushner concerning WikiLeaks,\u201d which the committee leaders say Kushner then forwarded to another campaign official. Earlier this week, Trump\u2019s son Donald Trump Jr. revealed that he had had direct communication with WikiLeaks over private Twitter messages during the campaign.<\/p>\n

Committee leaders said Kushner also withheld from the committee \u201cdocuments concerning a \u2018Russian backdoor overture and dinner invite\u2019 \u201d that he had forwarded to other campaign officials. And they said Kushner had been made privy to \u201ccommunications with Sergei Millian\u201d \u2014 a Belarusan American businessman who claims close ties to the Trumps and was the\u00a0source of salacious details<\/a>\u00a0in a dossier about the president\u2019s 2013 trip to Moscow \u2014 but failed to turn those records over to investigators.<\/p>\n

Last month it was reported that<\/a> \u201cKushner \u2018enriched himself\u2019 by not revealing his ownership of a real estate tech business that raised millions of dollars while he served in the government.\u201d<\/p>\n
