Donald Trump lashed out at the grieving widow of\u00a0Sgt. La David Johnson, the soldier who was killed with three others in in Niger, after Myeshia Johnson sat down for an interview with ABC News, disputing her account of the condolence call<\/a> made to her by the president.<\/p>\n NBC News reports<\/a>:<\/p>\n The pregnant widow of Sgt. La David Johnson said Monday the phone call<\/a> she received from President Donald Trump before meeting her husband\u2019s body at Dover Air Force Base made her more upset as the president struggled to remember her spouse\u2019s name.<\/p>\n \u201cI heard him stumbling on trying to remember my husband\u2019s name, and that\u2019s what hurt me the most because if my husband is out there fighting for our country and he risked his life for our country, why can\u2019t you remember his name?\u201d Myeshia Johnson told \u201cGood Morning America<\/a>.\u201d \u201cAnd that made me cry even more.\u201d<\/p>\n \u2026\u201cIt made me cry because I was very angry about the tone of his voice and how he said it,\u201d Johnson said. \u201cHe couldn\u2019t remember my husband\u2019s name. The only way he remembered my husband\u2019s name was because he told me he had my husband\u2019s report in front of him, and that\u2019s when he actually said La David.\u201d<\/p>\n Johnson, of Miami Gardens, Florida, corroborated the story of Rep. Frederica Wilson, D-Fla.<\/p>\n \u201cWhatever Miss Wilson said was not fabricated.
