Donald Trump to Deliver Keynote Address at Hate Group\u2019s Anti-LGBTQ Values Voter Summit on Friday<\/b><\/p>\n

Donald Trump will be the first sitting president to deliver the keynote at the anti-LGBTQ Values Voter Summit, a conference sponsored by the Family Research Council, designated a hate group by the SPLC.<\/p>\n

FRC President Tony Perkins made the announcement on Tuesday in a press release:<\/p>\n

This will be Donald Trump\u2019s third trip to the Summit, including last year when he attended VVS as the Republican presidential nominee.<\/div>\n

\u201cValues voters have waited eight years for a leader who puts America\u2019s mission first and respects the values that made America into a great nation,\u201d said Family Research Council President Tony Perkins.<\/div>\n

\u201cValues voters are coming to our nation\u2019s capital thankful to hear from a president who is fulfilling the promises that he campaigned on.\u00a0 Since the early days of the campaign,\u00a0President\u00a0Trump\u00a0allied himself with\u00a0values voters, promising to put an end to the 8 years of relentless assault on the First Amendment,\u201d added Perkins.<\/div>\n

\u201cPresident Trump\u2019s executive order on religious liberty and the follow up actions last week by HHS and DOJ, demonstrate that he is committed to undoing the anti-faith policies of the previous administration and restoring true religious freedom,\u201d concluded Perkins.<\/div>\n

FRC Action\u2019s Values Voter Summit is co-sponsored by AFA Action, American Values, Christian Healthcare Ministries, Association of Mature American Citizens, The D. James Kennedy Center for Christian Statesmanship, The Heritage Foundation, United in Purpose, Oklahoma Wesleyan University, and Family Research Council. An exhibit hall, book signings, radio row, media row, and much more will be packed into this three-day conference.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
