This year&#8217;s panels, screenings, and meet-ups include several events focused on LGBTQ content, and furthering diversity of all fields in comics, movies, and television. There are panels focused on inclusion of people of color, <a title=\"\" class=\"aalmanual\" target=\"_blank\"   href=\"https:\/\/www.flirt4free.com\/live\/girls\/?mp_code=akftr\">women<\/a>, people with disabilities, and other marginalized voices.<\/p>\n<p>This year, GLAAD is proud to partner with BOOM!Studios on the panel <a href=\"http:\/\/www.newyorkcomiccon.com\/en\/Sessions\/48707\/The-Future-is-LGBTQ\">&#8220;The Future is LGBTQ,&#8221;<\/a> which includes prominent voices in pop culture discussing LGBTQ representation and our future in media. GLAAD&#8217;s own Megan Townsend, Director of Entertainment Research and Analysis, is a featured speaker on this panel, making it one not to miss.
