<\/p>\nMissing Rehoboth Beach Man Found Dead in Surf<\/b><\/p>\n

Earlier this week we reported that the Rehoboth Beach Police Department had\u00a0issued an alert <\/a>for Todd McKee, who was last seen leaving his residence around 10:15 p.m. Saturday.<\/p>\n Sadly, the news is not good, the Cape Gazette<\/em> reports<\/a>:<\/p>\n At about 5:45 a.m. July 14, police responded to a report of a body in the surf north of Rehoboth Beach, said Lt. Jaime Riddle of the Rehoboth Beach Police Department.<\/p>\n Rehoboth Beach police, Delaware State Police and Rehoboth Beach firefighters responded to the area near Ocean Drive and Farview Road and found McKee\u2019s body, Riddle said.<\/p>\n The Division of Forensic Science removed the body and will conduct an autopsy. \u00a0At this time no foul play is suspected, Riddle said.<\/p>\n McKee was\u00a0the partner of Jeff Guaracino, president of\u00a0Welcome America<\/a>, the organization in charge of Philadelphia\u2019s Independence Day activities.<\/p>\n Guaraciino and McKee\u2019s family issued a statement:\u00a0\u201cWe are devastated by the news that our beloved partner, son, and brother Todd\u2019s body was found on a beach this morning. As we mourn the loss of this beautiful and kind man<\/a>, we want to thank the Rehoboth Beach police, city and state officials and the community he so loved and adopted as his home, for helping to bring Todd back to us.
