\u201cI really feel the white race is the superior one today,\u201d Alexander Montgomery says.\u00a0\u201cI only date white men<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 42-year-old is originally from Singapore but\u00a0now lives in Melbourne. He is the author of the book\u00a0True Confessions of a Potato Queen,\u00a0<\/em>which he says is the \u201cthe definitive textbook for any aspiring potato queen,\u201d and recently appeared on the Australian reality show\u00a0Date My Race <\/em>where he discussed his zero tolerance policy for any race other than\u00a0Caucasian.<\/p>\n

Montgomery says he\u2019s dated other races in the past, but a nearly 20 year relationship with a white guy<\/a> has led him to believe that \u201conce you go white, nothing else seems right.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cTo me white people are the epitome of class and the gold standard of desirability,\u201d he says, adding that he knows \u201ca lot of Asian guys<\/a> who are like me.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHow often do you see Asian guys<\/a> and white guys<\/a> together in public?\u201d he says. \u201cThey\u2019re everywhere. \u2026\u00a0<\/em>Everyone goes, \u2018nah, I\u2019m open to date all races,\u2019 but that\u2019s a lie, you know, it\u2019s not true.\u201d<\/p>\n

Montgomery understands that some people may consider his views racist, self-hating even, but he doesn\u2019t care.<\/p>\n

\u201cYes, my view is controversial however this is my standard and I stand behind my opinions,\u201d he insists.<\/p>\n

He continues: \u201cThe definition of racism is someone who believes their race is superior. I don\u2019t think other races are inferior<\/em> to me\u2013only that the white race is superior<\/em> to me. Besides it\u2019s not racism, it\u2019s a preference, I am attracted to white guys<\/a>. Do you call<\/a> someone who doesn\u2019t date tall people heightist?\u201d<\/p>\n

Montgomery also believes that white privilege is a myth and says that\u00a0Asian men<\/a> who feel discriminated against where they live<\/a>\u00a0should move somewhere else.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou don\u2019t like it here,\u201d he says, \u201cthen leave.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for finding true love,\u00a0Montgomery says he\u2019s still\u00a0searching for his soulmate, saying the his only criteria are that the guy<\/a> is easy-going,\u00a0confident in himself, and, of course, white.<\/p>\n
