<\/a><\/p>\nRead the report HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n The city\u2019s gay<\/a> bars came under scrutiny last year, after a video<\/a> showed the owner of ICandy, Darryl DePiano (right), calling black patrons ni***rs<\/a>. Since then, the commission has received several complaints about sexism and racism at local gay<\/a> bars.<\/span><\/p>\n One complainant said that \u201cevery bar is owned by a white gay<\/a> cisman. This is a clear indicator of severely entrenched systemic racism.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n A black lesbian<\/a> identified as K.
