Out actress Lily Tomlin will be presented with the Life Achievement Award by her friends and 9 to 5<\/em> co-stars Jane Fonda and Dolly Parton. Tomlin is also nominated in Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series for her work on Netflix’ Grace & Frankie<\/em>, this makes her only the second actor to be receiving the Life Achievement Award while also in the running as a nominee. LGBTQ-inclusive series Downton Abbey<\/em> and Game of Thrones<\/em> are nominated in Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series, while Modern Family, Orange is the New Black<\/em>, and Veep<\/em> picked up nods in Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series. Out actor Titus Burgess (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt<\/em>) and Jeffrey Tambor (Transparent<\/em>) are nominated in Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy series, and\u00a0Kevin Spacey (House of Cards<\/em>)\u00a0is nominated in Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series. Uzo Aduba is nominated in Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series for her portrayal of Suzanne “Crazy Eyes” on Orange is the New Black<\/em>, and out actress Sarah Paulson (The People v. OJ. Simpson: American Crime Story<\/em>)\u00a0is nominated in Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Television Movie or Limited Series. Freeform’s The Fosters <\/em>returns for the second half of the series’ fourth season on Tuesday night. Callie is in danger after getting into the car with Troy.
