1)\u00a0<\/strong>NBC has officially confirmed that they are bringing back Will & Grace<\/em> for a ten-episode limited revival.<\/a> The original stars will reunite in the new series as well as the two people responsible for creating the show \u2013 Max Mutchnick and David Kohan will return as co-showrunners and executive producers. The show was groundbreaking for LGBTQ representation, and received\u00a0seven\u00a0GLAAD Media Awards<\/a> for Outstanding Comedy Series. Mutchnick says he and Kohan \u201care absolutely thrilled about the opportunity to write what Will, Grace, Jack and Karen are thinking about in 2017.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

2)<\/strong> Out producer Greg Berlanti (Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl<\/em>) has a new pilot at ABC, Deception<\/em><\/a>. The show follows superstar magician Cameron Black who, after his career is ruined by a scandal, joins the FBI as the first consulting illusionist to \u201chelp solve crimes which defy explanation and trap criminals using deception.\u201d In other television news, Jane Lynch will be returning to the small screen as Janet Reno<\/a> in Discovery’s upcoming miniseries about the Unabomber.<\/p>\n

3)\u00a0<\/strong>The Sundance Institute and YouTube Creators Intensive teamed up to create a program for YouTubers to develop their own scripted series. Now at the end of the project\u2019s first year, YouTube has struck\u00a0deals with creators<\/a> including comedy duo Allison Raskin and Gaby Dunn. Raskin and Dunn co-run the channel Just Between Us<\/em>, a weekly advice show where they discuss love and relationships, including pansexuality and polyamory. Their new series, Everyone\u2019s a Liar<\/em>, follows a duo at a private agency that investigates \u201cthe morality of friends, business partners and significant others.\u201d If the series is picked up, it will be part of the subscription service YouTube Red.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

4)<\/strong>\u00a0Out singer\u00a0Troye Sivan\u00a0released a music video for his song \u201cHeaven\u201d on Thursday.<\/a> The video<\/a> contains historical footage of activists, rallies, and same-sex<\/a> weddings. In an accompanying message to his new release, Sivan wrote, \u201cThis video is dedicated to all who\u2019ve come before me and fought for our cause and those who now continue the fight. In dark and light times, let\u2019s love forever.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
