Our hearts go out to the family, friends, and victims of Craig Jungworth, in a bizarre Florida story that’s just sad any way you look at it.<\/a><\/p>\n

For some time, Craig <\/a>(who has been identified by community members as gay<\/a>) has been exhibiting troubling, inexplicably hostile behavior, but now it’s crossed a line and he’s finally in custody where he can hopefully get help — and won’t be a danger to others.<\/p>\n

“None of you deserve to live<\/a>,” he wrote recently on Facebook. “If you losers thought the Pulse nightclub shooting was bad, wait till you see what I’m planning for Labor day.”<\/p>\n

He also wrote “you can never catch a genius from MIT” and “I have a better solution to exterminate you losers.”<\/p>\n

One local bar owner said that Jungworth was captured on video<\/a> vandalizing his property. According to police, he has a history of stalking, harassment, trespassing — nothing too surprisingly, given his pattern of behavior. You will probably not be surprised to hear that there is at least one restraining order against him.<\/p>\n

Previously, Craig took command of Beach Bear Weekend, but local news reported that he pocketed a bunch of money and harassed the Sisters<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If convicted, Jungworth could go to prison for five years, plus a quarter million dollar fine. It’s unclear how a mental health plea would affect his case. But with this indictment, hopefully Florida — and Craig — are a little safer now.<\/p>\n
