House of Mayhem: TV Series About Homeless LGBTQ Youth Launches Crowdfunding Campaign<\/b><\/p>\n

Based on the GLAAD award-nominated play <\/span>Auntie Mayhem <\/span><\/i>by David Pumo<\/a>, a new series about homeless LGBTQ youth<\/a> has launched a crowdfunding campaign<\/a> to raise $39,850 to cover the production’s costs.<\/span><\/p>\n

House of Mayhem<\/i><\/a><\/strong>, a “raw, unflinching look at bullied, abandoned gay<\/a> and transgender kids, and the unique and alternative families they create,” is based on Pumo’s legal work with LGBTQ teens<\/a> who account for 40-50% of entire homeless youth and a third of all teen<\/a> suicides.<\/span><\/p>\n
