Craig Jungwirth<\/a>, who threatened a Pulse-style shooting<\/a> after his Beach Bear Weekend event was revealed to be little more than a scam to bilk money out of the LGBTQ community, is in federal custody.<\/p>\n

Orlando NBC affiliate WESH2 News reports<\/a> that Jungwirth, 50, was arrested<\/a> Saturday by the FBI<\/a> on charges of “threatening communications.”<\/p>\n

Jungwirth denied making the threats and refused to speak to authorities further. The FBI subpoenaed Facebook<\/a>, which identified Jungwirth as the user of the account that posted the threats<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Jungwirth was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday but that hearing was postponed when he complained of chest pains and was taken to the hospital, according to WESH2 News<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In a post to Facebook user David Herbert, Jungwirth wrote, “My events are selling out cause you f**gots are total patsies. None of you deserve to live<\/a>. If you losers thought the Pulse nightclub shooting was bad, wait till you see what I’m planning for Labor Day.”<\/p>\n

When Herbert said he was contacting police, Jungwirth doubled down.<\/p>\n

“I’m gonna be killing you f*gs faster than the cops kill n**gers. It’s time to clean up Wilton Manors from all you AIDS infested losers,” he wrote.<\/p>\n

Jungwirth, who allegedly has a history of stalking and harassing his neighbors, is facing a possible sentence of five years in prison if found guilty. He could face arraignment as early as today<\/a>.<\/p>\n
