Open Question: Im a 15 year old girl<\/a> and think i turned myself bisexual<\/a> or am going through a bisexual<\/a> phase, advice?<\/b>
\nSo I m 15 and a 10th grader and my parents are homophobic so while growing up I was taught to be homophobic and ended up being scared of all lgbt members. As child I would always wish to be in love so would always have crushes on what I thought were the only option, boys<\/a>. I had three crushes on boys<\/a> and two of them went pretty bad and ended in a period of depression from 4th grade to 6th grade, but in 7th grade, things started to change, I wasn t depressed anymore, discovered porn, yaoi manga, and at least believed, and still believe, I feel in love with my best friend, who was in fact a girl<\/a>. One day during a hard time lf mine, me, her, and some freinds were talking and she was laughing, my heart skipped a beat and I started blushing and remembered thinking that she was really beautiful. It was like time stopped, like in the movies, nothing like that had happened with a guy<\/a> before, instead my heart would just start beating for them, but with her it was different. I was confused but enjoyed liking her and then wished to be a lesbian<\/a> but didn t feel like a lesbian<\/a>. After a year or so I then decided I was bisexual<\/a>. The only thing is that im not sure if I really am anymore. Maybe its just a phase and im still getting over my bad experiences with the two guys<\/a> I had a crush on, and am using the idea that girls<\/a> are an option to fall in love with to make me feel more at ease. Or maybe its the things I read in yaoi manga or saw in porn that changed my opinions on gender preferences. Or maybe its an act of rebellion against my parents (who I haven t told I am bisexual<\/a> to by the way). And maybe my feeling for my friend weren t actually romantical. Maybe I turned myself bisexual<\/a> because I wanted to be a lesbian<\/a> but knew deep inside that I was straight. Ive been feeling this way for 3 years now though, if it is a phase will it stop soon? Can someone give me advise?<\/p>\n
