The Adventure<\/b>
\nAs Honey and Allumari parted ways, our adventurer felt a familiar tug at their heart strings. They missed home, not The Faewylds (though they missed that home too) but rather the home of their people. The land of nymphs, satyrs, dryads and other folk of the ilk pulled at them, compelling them to return.
\n \u2018and just how am I supposed to get there, when I can\u2019t leave until the fairelands are done? <\/i> Asked the nymph. Just then Honey overheard a couple<\/a> talking about the city-state of Nysaris, and how the ancient culture had been pulled from the mists. As they talked the nymph\u2019s heart began to ache even more. So off they went to the next faireland. <\/p>\n

Once there Honey found themself lost in nostalgia as they walked the open market and visited the shops. They purchased a chiton, and as they put it on, with the familiar fabric caressing their skin, they would swear to you they were home. <\/p>\n

Soon after their shopping trip Honey explored the polis deeper until they came to an enclosed temple. The space had been filled with warm light from hundreds of lit candles. There stood an altar, with words carved into it. <\/p>\n

As long as we remember, they will live<\/a>. As long as we live<\/a>, they will be remembered, for they permanently are a part of us. <\/i><\/p>\n

A place of remembrance, that is what our adventurer had found. A place to honor warrior, mother, child, and all who now find themselves resting in the Elysian Fields. Honey shed tears without realizing it,their eyes becoming red and puffy, as the memories flooded back of all those they had lost. A whispered prayer to both ancestors, and gods, echoed in the chamber. It took Honey a moment to realize it was from their lips the sound came. <\/p>\n

The nymph\u2019s magic flowed through their body, creating a swirl of petals and flowers, a Diadem honoring their own goddess, Hera, appeared, and the familiar hearts shimmered on their skin. The memories of their people seemed to fuel this magic, as well as the hope that they could save their own home and its denizens. <\/p>\n

The nymph said one last prayer in their mother tongue:<\/p>\n

And they live<\/a> untouched by sorrow in the islands of the blessed along the shore of deep-swirling Ocean, happy heroes for whom the grain-giving earth bears honey-sweet fruit <\/i><\/p>\n
