As a good upstanding Christian, he was only following God&rsquo;s will when he essentially told the entire company that <a title=\"\" class=\"aalmanual\" target=\"_blank\"   href=\"https:\/\/chaturbate.com\/in\/?tour=R2Xc&#38;campaign=hl4zp&#38;track=gfcsb\">gay<\/a> <a title=\"\" class=\"aalmanual\" target=\"_blank\"   href=\"https:\/\/www.flirt4free.com\/live\/girls\/couples\/?mp_code=akftr\">sex<\/a>&nbsp;leads directly to death and the destruction of society.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/entry\/thomas-banks-ford-lawsuit_55a42530e4b0a47ac15d2669?utm_hp_ref=gay-voices&amp;ir=Gay%2BVoices&amp;section=gay-voices\" target=\"_blank\"><em>The Huffington Post<\/em><\/a> reports Banks left his comments on a Ford intranet article celebrating the 20th anniversary of GLOBE, a group working within the company to promote and foster an inclusive workplace for LGBT employees. That article is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.at.ford.com\/news\/TeamContent\/Pages\/Ford-GLOBE-Celebrates-20-Year-Milestone;-Promotes-Ford-Brand-and-Supports-Community.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">still online<\/a>, though all comments have been removed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here&rsquo;s what you&rsquo;d have seen on July 24th of last year:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/queerty-prodweb.s3.amazonaws.com\/wp\/docs\/2015\/07\/55a44c19140000b6109a7fa0.png\" alt=\"55a44c19140000b6109a7fa0\" width=\"630\" height=\"178\"><\/p>\n<p>Two weeks later, reps from both companies told Banks he&rsquo;d violated Ford&rsquo;s anti-harassment policy and fired him.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint describes Banks&rsquo; post&nbsp;as &ldquo;a short, candid comment&hellip;based upon his concern as a Christian in the workplace,&rdquo; claiming Ford &ldquo;acted intentionally out of malice or reckless disregard of Banks&rsquo; federally protected rights.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Banks respects others, even those who disagree with him, as he has throughout his career, and merely hopes for the same respect in turn,&rdquo; the complaint also says.<\/p>\n<p>The article on&nbsp;GLOBE applauds the group for staying &ldquo;engaged in the effort of maintaining an inclusive workplace&rdquo; &mdash; a long way off from &ldquo;endorsing and promoting sodomy.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Ironically, Michigan&rsquo;s anti-discrimination law does not protect sexual orientation, despite numerous attempts to amend it. Employees fired solely for being <a title=\"\" class=\"aalmanual\" target=\"_blank\"   href=\"https:\/\/chaturbate.com\/in\/?tour=R2Xc&#38;campaign=hl4zp&#38;track=gfcsb\">gay<\/a> have no option for legal recourse, unlike Banks.
