\t\t\tIn this day and age, we’re all so busy with our thoughts. Without realizing it, we think and think and think. Our minds are brilliant tools that help us to process information, make judgments, plan, and so forth. But… most of us don’t know how to stop thinking. This often gives way to stress (often due to beliefs that our minds bring up, and that we attach to or believe).How do we put our minds on “pause” for a few moments? By either taking a breath (just ask any yogini or yogi), smelling the grass or rain, petting your fur baby, etc. “Pausing” the mind so that you can enjoy the moment can “reset” you. I highly recommend it.So, what does Rocco do to “reset”? Enjoying a cup of tea, popping in my earbuds and listening to a great tune, or just closing my eyes and getting in touch with the sensations of my butt<\/a> on the seat, my feet on the floor, and…if I’m horny<\/a>…feeling the flush of energy in my manhood.Yes.
