Florida Supreme Court Will Decide<\/b><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/towleroad.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d8341c730253ef01bb07e8f50e970d-pi\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Florida-Supreme-Court-2014\" border=\"0\" src=\"http:\/\/towleroad.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00d8341c730253ef01bb07e8f50e970d-800wi\" title=\"Florida-Supreme-Court-2014\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Florida Supreme Court will decide the definition of sexual intercourse as it applies to state law and whether that definition includes homosexual <a title=\"\" class=\"aalmanual\" target=\"_blank\"   href=\"https:\/\/www.flirt4free.com\/live\/girls\/couples\/?mp_code=akftr\">sex<\/a> acts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/2015\/02\/04\/us-usa-florida-hiv-idUSKBN0L80V620150204?feedType=RSS&amp;feedName=lifestyleMolt\" target=\"_self\">As Reuters reports<\/a>, the court&#8217;s involvement in the matter stems from a case in which a Key West <a title=\"\" class=\"aalmanual\" target=\"_blank\"   href=\"https:\/\/chaturbate.com\/in\/?tour=R2Xc&#38;campaign=hl4zp&#38;track=gfcsb\">man<\/a>, Gary Debaun, was charged in 2011 with lying to a <a title=\"\" class=\"aalmanual\" target=\"_blank\"   href=\"https:\/\/chaturbate.com\/in\/?tour=R2Xc&#38;campaign=hl4zp&#38;track=gfcsb\">man<\/a> about his HIV status before engaging in sexual activity. Debaun was acquitted of those charges by a county circuit judge because state law defines sexual intercourse as taking place between a <a title=\"\" class=\"aalmanual\" target=\"_blank\"   href=\"https:\/\/chaturbate.com\/in\/?tour=R2Xc&#38;campaign=hl4zp&#38;track=gfcsb\">man<\/a> and a <a title=\"\" class=\"aalmanual\" target=\"_blank\"   href=\"https:\/\/www.flirt4free.com\/live\/girls\/?mp_code=akftr\">woman<\/a>. Florida law requires HIV positive individuals to inform their partners of their status before engaging in sexual intercourse.
