But it can go from unpleasant to downright insufferable for&nbsp;LGBT employees who feel pressured to hide their identities from bosses and coworkers for the sake of professional advancement.<\/p>\n<p>We teamed up with Whisper to uncover some of the uncomfortable realities that still exist in the workplace.
