Surgery #2 was a success! This time it was to repair a torn tendon in my elbow that has been plaguing me since this fall. I can’t thank @dreugenebyrne and all of the nurses and doctors at @adirondack_health who squeezed me in at the of Friday with little notice. I am so proud to be a part of this community although I am not here full time. I am truly humbled by everyone’s sacrifice to get me in and on the operating table. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Now it’s time to rest up and finally start the full healing process. After a few days of self-quarantine, and not feeling great, I have tested positive for Coronavirus.  As much as I felt like I could push through whatever I was feeling to do #WWHL from home, we’re putting a pin in that for now so I can focus on getting better.  I want to thank all the medical professionals who are working tirelessly for all of us, and urge everybody to stay home and take care of themselves.<\/a><\/p>\n
