Of course, the subject of so-called conversion therapy is a serious matter. The dangerous, if not deluded practice, has been banned on minors in several US states and countries. Attempting to change someone’s sexual orientation or gender identity through counseling or other psychological means will not work and is likely to cause harm.<\/p>\n

That said, most of those commenting on the tweet appreciated the pre-holidays joke.<\/p>\n
