The aid did go on hold. It eventually was released.\u201d<\/p>\n Added Haley: \u201cYou can have those hypotheticals. The aid was released, that\u2019s a fact.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThe aid was held up. That\u2019s not a hypothetical, right?\u201d Guthrie replied.<\/p>\n Guthrie then went on to quote Haley\u2019s resignation letter, in which she said the Trump administration was always putting America first, and then asked, \u201cHow is asking a foreign country to investigate your political rival putting America first? Whose interest is that in?
