When he’s not taking on the haters at Westboro Baptist Church<\/a> with his own music video<\/a> to Adele Dazeem<\/del> Idina Manzel’s Frozen<\/em> <\/em>anthem “Let It Go,” or endorsing pro-gay political candidates<\/a> with Star Trek <\/em>metaphors, he’s performing dramatic readings<\/a> of Fifty Shades of Grey <\/em>and delighting fans with his happy dance<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The former Star Trek <\/em>star-turned-gay<\/a>-rights-activist sat down with Meredith Vieira this week to talk about his recent takedowns<\/a> of all the idiots online who say stupid things about gay<\/a> people, as well as partake in a spontaneous hug-a-thon to raise money for GLADD.<\/p>\n
