The Adventure
Honey and Melethril decided to take an early morning stroll through the Wytchwynds.
The sun was warm, and Melethril was being playful and gave our adventurer a piggyback ride!
The land, part of the realm of Rosehaven, belonged to Honey’s parents.
As our lovebirds turned a corner in the road, someone snapped a picture of them!

Pride in London is an annual LGBT pride festival and pride parade held each summer in London, England. The event, which was formerly run by Pride London, is sometimes referred to as London Pride.
Pride in London celebrates the diversity of the LGBTQ communities with the colourful Pride in London Parade, as well as free festivity events that take place in Trafalgar Square. This event brings together people of all genders, ethnicities, sexualities, and races.
One of the longest running pride festivals in the country and the largest, Pride in London boasts an estimated 30,000 participants and attracts an estimated 1.5 million visitors.[The festival’s events and location within London vary every year however the parade is the only annual event to close London’s iconic Oxford Street.

Every year the LGBT communities in several countries have a “Pride Parade”. It is to celebrate their individuality and community spirit. The parades attract thousands of spectators.
This was one of a series of pictures that I took at the parade in Sitges, Spain in the summer of 2023.
Many participants wore costumes, some wore very little.
Sitges is a very popular holiday resort, not far from Barcelona and has managed to retain a lot of it’s older charm unlike many Spanish resorts that have become over-developed. Sitges attracts a wide variety of visitors from all over Europe and beyond.

How can we make our future food system more equitable and just?
We hosted an exchange of change makers in the food system, talking about how they tried to bring about change, what has worked and what’s still left to do.
We were joined by the vegan drag-cow Soya the Cow, performed by Swiss artist Daniel Hellmann. The discussion explored different forms of activism and the experiences of our hosts — Soya is using drag to draw attention to animal rights and the virtue of vegan diets, while entrepreneurs are using business to change consumer options.
This event is organized together with the SF Chapter of Food Hack.
