It has been just over a year since Gene inherited his departed uncle’s Scottish castle and found a real magic book in the library which his used and accidentally summoned a lesser incubus. Ember the feminine male infernal took a liking to the human that called on him, and chose to stay with him, eventually they fell in love.
Though he is considerably older than Gene Ember is young for his kind and has yet to master the glamor spell, when ever they go into town he must use more conventional means to conceal his infernal nature, a hat to cover his horns and a change of hair style to hide his ears.
These two men may be from very differnt realms alltogether, but when they look into each other’s eyes, they see only love reflected back.
