Open Question: Does this guy like me?
I’m bisexual. There is this one guy and I have strong feelings for him, now I don’t know if this is hormones or anything but if I don’t talk to him I feel sad. He is note THE reason but he is A reason that I’m happy. Last time he introduced himself and then while talking he put his hand on my shoulder for a few seconds and then turned his back to his friends who he was talking to and spoke with me for a while. I really like this guy and DJ t know if he likes me or is gay in the first place. How am I tell and if he doesn’t like me back how can I get over him because he is in my classes, groups and I see him everyday. I do t want to come out because I k ow who I am and I don’t need any label (like homosexual) to define me. I am worried because today he didn’t talk to me or even look at me when usually he stares then comes over, has he lost interest (I am a male too so he may not even be homo) or do you think he never had any interest in the first place. I tried to go up to him but he just ignored me or didn’t even see me today please help me out . He is quiet masculine but has a small soft side too. Open Question: I'M FED UP OF BEING BULLIED BY MY FRIENDS…?
In my friend group there is around 7 of us, including me. I’m constantly being made of for my hair always being up, for not wearing makeup, for not acting a certain way (for example, im always myself, whereas they all change themselves around different people), for everything. But today I had enough. I’ve never been comfortable im (16) speaking to anyone about relationships, boys, kissing, who we have crushes on etc. only because for some reason it makes me feel awkward and I think that my personal stuff doesn’t need to be shared, its up to them what they do.
So because whenever this comes up and they star talking about how attractive people are, I go quiet because it makes me anxious. So now they’ve caught on to that and are now saying “ooh you lesbian” ” well we all know that your a lesbian” “you obviously like girls” etc. I am straight. and ever since they’ve been doing this I feel like im being forced into talking about who I have crush on etc. Its everyday this happens and today when I was so close to tears because they were literally chanting it in the corridor, one of my “friends” says ” okay then, if you’re not, then tell me what boys you fancy in this school, or out of school.” I FEEL LIKE TELLING THEM TO GROW UP. NOT EVERYONE IS COMFORTABLE ABOUT TALKING ABOUT THINGS LIKE THIS AND SO OPENLY. I ALSO FEEL LIKE ITS DISRESPECTFUL TO OTHER PEOPLE THAT ARE LESBIAN OR GAY OR BISEXUAL ETC, BECAUSE THEY ARE USING A SEXUAL PREFERENCE AS AN INSULT!
