Open Question: You guys think this dude likes me?
I’m a 17-year old gay and I’ve known him for two months through the same class. Since last 3 weeks, this guy has been acting very odd.
Fact 1. He hugs me very often; not bro hug but like wrapping my back with arms without saying anything. One day, when I said “Bye”, he just came to me and hugged me even if there were some girls and guys walking around.
Fact 2. In the class, he said “I’m your boyfriend” and I was freaked out. I was like “I’m not a gay” and he was like “You have to be”. He literally said it to everybody in the classroom and seemed like nobody was shocked, surprisingly.
Fact 3. After that happened, he left a cookie on my desk secretly, while I was in the bathroom.
Fact 4. He wanted me to sit on his lap, which I didn’t want to do.
Fact 5. When I open my mouth and talk with other girls, he just looks at me and tries be into the conversation even though he was looking at his iPad. He just looks at me a lot.
Fact 6. He called me as lover and massaged my shoulder which were very confusing.
Fact 7. He has had a GIRLFRIEND since last year.
Fact 8. He said “If you were a girl, I would date you.”
Fact 9. He wanted to touch my button nose.

Open Question: Is it illegal to make homophobic/racist comments or propositions?
I was on a facebook group chat the other day and my muslim friend was annoyed at the all the extremism and islamaphobia going on and decided to make the distasteful satirical joke that “all gays should be pushed off buildings”. Of course he never meant it but he said it as a way of trolling the people who are islamophobic.

However, a random person on the group has screenshotted the comment and reported it to the police, and a police investigation is currently going on due to what was said, is it illegal to say things like this? It was obvious that it was satirical and never meant to be taken seriously but I am worried that the police may not see this. What is the worst that can happen?

Open Question: Is she bi? lesbian?
In middle school there were rumors that this girl (I’ll call her Kay) was bi of lesbian. The rumors started because during volleyball and basketball season, Kay would slap our butts a lot to the point where it was more than just being a friendly teammate. She was and is also very touchy in general. Currently, we are juniors in high school, she still likes to slap my and other people’s butt and mess around like. She has a lot of celebrity women crushes like Daenerys Targareon/Emilia Clarke drone Game of Thrones and other woman models. She dresses very fashionably but at the same time kind of tomboyish; but it goes both ways. She currently hangs out with this one girl who I also suspect of being gay/or bi. Kay has had boy experiences in the past, but none of them turned out to be relationships; just talking.
