Alabama Passes 'License to Discriminate' Bill on Adoption Agency Licensing
House Bill 24 now goes to Governor Kay Ivey for her signature.

The measure, headed to the governor, would protect the licenses of agencies even if they engage in faith-based anti-LGBT discrimination.
