Tottenham Experience – Spurs Shop

I am spending a quiet, rainy Sunday morning taking a tour of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The Spurs are my favourite club in the England Premier League, because they are one of the closest teams to my London home neighbourhood Bloomsbury. (While Arsenal is technically closer, I have never liked that team.) The Spurs are also the home and favourite club for one of my favourite musicians, Adele.

I am at the team merchandise shop at the conclusion of the tour. Here are some Pride themed merchandise for sale. The Spurs have taken a stand for its LGBTQ+ fans and against bullying; additionally, at matches for both men’s and women’s first teams, the captain’s armband is in the Pride rainbow colours as well, and the Women’s First Team captain, Bethany England, is herself an out lesbian.
