AOC’s interrogation of Mark Zuckerberg makes it to adult site’s ‘femdom humiliation’ audience

Among clips of sweaty bodies writhing in ecstatic union, Pornhub users might just spy a video of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s blistering interrogation of Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg from the House Financial Services Committee hearing on October 23. Either that or someone was having fun in Photoshop.

In a photo making the social media rounds, the tense Q&A appears to have made it to the adult video platform with the title “Public humiliation Femdom.”

And Twitter users are applauding the upload. “Captioning AOC drag Zuckerberg by his ashy roots as ‘Public Humiliation Femdom’ on PornHub is the best thing I’ve seen all week,” one tweeted.

If the the pic is to be believed and the video really did make it to Pornhub, the clip racked up more than 83k views on Wednesday — with a 72 percent approval rating.

.@AOC: When was the Cambridge Analytica issue discussed with your board member Peter Thiel?

Mark Zuckerberg: I don’t know

AOC: You don’t know? This was the largest data scandal with respect to your company that had catastrophic impacts on the 2016 election, you don’t know? pic.twitter.com/cIKgsyvPVL

At the hearing, AOC demanded answers about Facebook’s Cambridge Analytica scandal while she weighed the pros and cons of the social media platform’s Libra cryptocurrency project.

And she ripped into Zuck when he couldn’t answer questions about the chronology of the Cambridge Analytica flap.

“You don’t know?” she asked. “This was the largest data scandal with respect to your company that had catastrophic impacts on the 2016 election. You don’t know?”

She also pegged him, so to speak, on Facebook’s policy toward political ads with misinformation. “So you will take down lies, or you won’t take down lies?” she inquired. “I think this is a pretty simple yes or no.”

“It depends on the context that it shows up,” Zuck said, stammering.

.@AOC: Could I run ads on Facebook targeting Republicans in primaries saying that they voted for the Green New Deal?

Mark Zuckerberg: I don’t know the answer to that off the top of my head. I think probably. pic.twitter.com/wy46phoGp5

One person on Twitter, however, joked that this particular dom went too far, writing, “What kind of snuff is this? That poor teenaged boy was slaughtered!”

Woman Who Survived Horrific 2012 Execution-Style Shooting in Which Girlfriend Was Killed Appears on ‘The View’ — WATCH

Longtime readers of the site will remember the story of then 18-year-old Kristene Chapa, and her girlfriend 19-year-old Mollie Olgin, a teenage lesbian couple in South Texas, who were shot execution style by a man it took two years to apprehend. Though she lay wounded in deep brambles for eight hours after the attack, Chapa miraculously survived. Olgin did not.

View co-host Sunny Hostin is revisiting Chapa’s story on her new series Truth About Murder, and welcomed Chapa and her mother back to the show to reflect on the attack and her life since.

Although the attack was not deemed a hate crime, Hostin said she wanted to revisit Chapa’s story because she doesn’t believe the media covers enough the attacks that happen to the LGBTQ+ community.

Partnerships in Innovative Advocacy: Engaging People of Faith as Allies for Equality

This month, HRC Global rolled out the second in our series of “Engaging Allies” resources and capacity-building workshops, titled “Engaging People of Faith as Allies for Equality.” Through this series, HRC is convening advocates for workshops, consultations and ideas sharing centered on working with people of faith as allies in their countries.

This resource and its associated workshops are geared toward LGBTQ advocates around the world who understand the importance of religion in shaping and driving societal attitudes towards LGBTQ people. It provides the tools and skills to engage with people of faith – both clergy and laity – across all religions and faith traditions.

The resource distills HRC’s 20-year history in the faith space into five key ways to engage people of faith: identifying LGBTQ people of faith and allies; connecting with them and connecting them to each other; providing tools and resources for them to be allies; providing people of faith with effective messaging to create change within their faith traditions and the public sphere; and creating opportunities for them to engage in advocacy as allies.

These resources and workshops are part of HRC Foundation’s Global Partnerships in Innovative Advocacy program, which seeks to help strengthen the global equality movement through more effective advocacy, campaigning, organizing and outreach.

Read more about each of the regional convenings..

Seoul, South Korea

HRC Global held a consultation with select members of HRC’s global alumni network in Seoul, alongside the ILGA-Asia conference in August. The consultation sought feedback on the new resource and workshops.

HRC Global also participated in a day-long workshop on LGBTQ and faith issues with the Global Interfaith Network.

This week, @HRC‘s Jay Gilliam and Jean Freedburg (@FreedJean) join advocates from around the region, including HRC Global alumni, in Seoul for #ILGAAsia2019 to share strategies and learn from other activists in the fight for LGBTQ equality. #Together4Change pic.twitter.com/M8X4BBJuRy

We focused on issues relating to religion, faith and LGBTQ rights in Eastern Europe, the Balkans and Central Asia, with advocates from Ukraine, Belgium, Albania, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Kyrgyzstan.

ER nurse suspended after going on psychotic rant against gay and trans people wearing tampons

ER nurse suspended after going on psychotic rant against gay and trans people wearing tampons

An emergency room nurse from TriHealth hospital in Cincinatti, Ohio has been suspended from her job after having a transphobic, homophobic meltdown on Facebook over tampons.

Cindy Carter took to Facebook last week to voice her outrage over Procter & Gamble going gender neutral by removing the female “Venus” symbol from its packaging on its ‘Always’ menstrual products.

““F*ck ‘Always.’ This country has gone to complete sh*t,” Carter raged. “Women have periods, men don’t.”

“Why do certain applications ask for LEGAL SEX … you’re either male or female. There’s no f*cking in between. Jesus people – get your heads on straight. Grab a mirror – it’s easy. You either have a d*ck or you don’t.”

She continued, “I swear, these f*cking c*ck sucking homos think that they deserve everything. And the confused woman are just as bad. Men need to be men. Women need to be women. Stop the stupid assman buns’ and man you buns up to do some hard labor.”

When gay city councilman Chris Seelbach saw the rant, he took a screenshot and shared it on Facebook, along with the caption: “Cindy Carter is a nurse at TriHealth. As an LGBTQ+ person, I don’t feel comfortable using TriHealth’s services until I know a person who thinks I’m a ‘fucking cock sucking homo’ would ever treat me. Until TriHealth terminates the employment of Cindy Carter, I will not be using their services. #BoycottTriHealth

It didn’t take long for TriHealth to snap into action. The hospital almost immediately placed Carter on administrative leave and launched an investigation into the matter.

Local news station WCPO reports:

The nurse at the center of the controversy was suspended for her own safety and that of others, according to an official TriHealth statement. She did not respond to requests for comment. An investigation is ongoing. In an internal memo, TriHealth wrote that every patient is entitled to reliable and compassionate care.

Yesterday, Seelback took to Facebook to thank TriHealth for stepping up, tweeting: “Thanks to @TriHealth for putting Cindy Carter on administrative leave. That’s a good first step. No one who thinks I am a ‘f*cking c*ck sucking homo’ and that transgender people don’t exist should be treating patients.”

NORTH CAROLINA. Court strikes down GOP’s gerrymandered map: “A three-judge panel in Wake County preparing to hear a case over whether the congressional districts are politically gerrymandered granted a motion Monday to put the map on ice.
