NY Man Drugged with Poppers and Sexually Assaulted During Pride Weekend

A New York man has alleged he was drugged and sexually assaulted after leaving a gay sports bar in Hell’s Kitchen early on the morning of Sunday, June 26th.

The 25-year-old victim says he left Boxers Sports Bar on the corner of 9th Avenue and West 50th Street around 2:30 a.m. and turned towards Times Square.

According to Gothamist, an NYPD spokesperson confirmed that the suspect allegedly approached the victim from behind, and knocked the victim unconscious with poppers. The victim says he later regained partial consciousness inside a parked car in an unknown location and realized that the assailant was sexually assaulting him. He later fully regained consciousness at a bus stop on 100th Street and attended Wyckoff Medical Center in Bushwick. No injuries are listed on the incident report.

The NYPD Special Victims Unit is investigating the case. No description of the assailant is available.

The event comes on the same day that FBI Director James Comey announced the Bureau would not be filing charges against Clinton for her use of a private email server while she was Secretary of State.

President Obama narrowly won North Carolina in 2008 but lost the state in 2012.

Obama endorsed Clinton shortly after Clinton’s decisive victory in the California primary last month.

Colton Haynes launched his new fan site complete with a merchandise shop on Tuesday, drawing both fervid support and criticism online.

“It’s super limited edition stuff” Haynes says in a welcome video that he adds should not to be confused with his apparel brand that will reportedly be launching at the end of the year.

The fan merch line includes iPhone cases–

–along with t shirts and hats that say “DADDY” and “Anxious”, which Haynes says alludes to what people call him on Twitter and his battle with anxiety.
