This agreement was written in English (US). To the extent any translated version of this agreement conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.

If we conclude you are violating these community guidelines, you may receive a notice via email. 1. Accounts, Profiles, Membership

2. Media Posting and Uploading Guidelines:
2.1 – Do not post/upload nude or mature photos or videos that are sexually explicit.
2.2 – Do not post/upload photos, links or videos showing graphic or gratuitous violence.
2.3 – Do not post/upload photos, links or videos that isn’t yours. Please respect the copyrights and trademarks of others.
2.4 – Do not post videos involving children (anyone under the age of 18) that are sexually suggestive or violent in nature.
2.5 – Do not post/upload content that is illegal or prohibited in your jurisdiction (country, state, county, province, etc.)
2.6 – Do not post/upload photos, links or videos showing animal abuse, drug abuse, under-age drinking and smoking, or bomb making.
2.7 – Do not post/upload photos, links or gross-out videos of accidents, dead bodies or similar things intended to shock or disgust.
3. Netiquette Guidelines:
3.1 – Be courteous.
3.2 – Respect others’ privacy.
3.3 – Begin messages with a salutation
3.4 – Observe good grammar and spelling.
3.5 – Avoid coarse, rough, or rude language.
3.6 – Have meaningful & genuine interactions.
3.7 – Share photos and videos that you’ve taken.
3.8 – Treat others as you would like to be treated.
3.9 – Acknowledge and return messages promptly
3.10 – Share, upload and share contents that are safe for people of all ages.
3.11 – Do not promote or glorify self-harm.
3.12 – Do not rant, flame, troll or be an A-hole.
3.13 – Do not vent your frustrations on other members.
3.14 – Do not attack, harass or demean other members.
3.15 – Do not post comments that are libelous, defamatory or knowingly false.
3.16 – Do not leave threatening comments on other people’s videos, photos, threads, etc.
3.17 – Do not misrepresent yourself, claim false credentials or expertise or give advice in a way that might cause someone harm.
3.18 – Do not engage in predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, intimidation, invading privacy, revealing other people’s personal
information, and inciting others to commit violent acts
3.19 – Do not post hate speech (speech which attacks or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran
status, and sexual orientation/gender identity).
3.20 – Do not impersonate other users by copying someone’s exact profile layout, exact content, using a similar username, or posing as that person
in comments, emails or videos. This will be considered harassment.
4. Users Safety & Privacy Guidelines:
4.1 – This site does NOT conduct any criminal background checks on members.
4.2 – Do not place your personal information on your profile or in any other part of the site that is publicly accessible.
4.3 – Be careful not to provide too much information. You do not need to go into every detail about your private life outside the Internet.
4.4 – Do not accept all Friend Requests. Once you add a person as a friend, he/she will be able to send you private messages thru the site.
4.5 – Be sure to watch what you post. When you make update postings, the post is placed prominently on the Activity Stream and can be read by all site members.
4.6 – Do not leave your computer on with your GayFriendsChat.com account open. Anyone can sit down and start making update posts or access your private information.
5. Trademark & copyright Guidelines:
5.1 – Please respect the copyrights and trademarks of others.
6. Anti-Spam & Commercial Guidelines:
6.1 – Do not post/upload SPAM or unsolicited advertisements.
6.2 – Do not use your account and/or profile for commercial purposes.
6.3 – Do not post/upload photos, links or videos intended for commercial use.
6.4 – Do not squat, hoard, collect, trade, or sell gayfriendschat.com URLs/accounts, profiles.
6.5 – Do not register accounts or post content automatically, systematically, or programmatically.
6.6 – Do not register a URLs/accounts, profiles for the purpose of impersonating an individual, organization, or brand.
6.7 – Do not post links that are unrelated to the topic or that are clearly meant only to solicit others for personal and financial gain.
